Job summary

BKF Engineers seeks an experienced Owner's professional representative for bridge, roadway, and civil construction projects in California. You will ensure compliance with contract documents and lead project teams across multiple sites.

The role requires a California-registered P.E. with 7+ years' experience in construction contract management, particularly on highway and bridge projects. Travel to BKF locations and client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• California-registered P.E. required.
• 7+ years construction contract management experience.
• Experience with CALTRANS and local agency projects preferred.
• Ability to effectively manage people.

Responsibilities

• Works with field inspectors to meet project goals.
• Manages roadways and bridges construction duties.
• Oversees quality control and assurance.
• Administers contracts and oversees staff.
• Prepares progress and final documentation as required.
• Supports client and approving agencies as primary contact.
