Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Manager, Outsourced Finance & Accounting to oversee the full lifecycle of finance and accounting outsourcing engagements. Responsibilities include proposal development, staff assignment, final work product review, and portfolio performance.

You will manage client relationships through regular meetings, reporting, and financial management recommendations, including timely billing and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics is required.
• MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full-life cycle of all assigned engagements with technical expertise in the finance and accounting function.
• Performs complete general ledger reconciliation and prepares financial statements and analysis.
• Bills engagements timely and manages project budgets and margins.
