Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Outside Sales Representative to grow new business and maintain key customer relationships. You will meet customers on site and at off-site locations, promoting and selling our products while adhering to pricing policies.

You will drive profitability through account management, trade shows, and customer interactions, with extensive travel including overnights. A 4-year degree is preferred and a personal vehicle is required for business use.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience.
• 6+ years preferred in outside sales.
• Bachelor's degree or 4-year equivalent preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills required.

Mansioni

• Meet or exceed annual gross margin budgets by selling to complex accounts.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and report potential claims.
• Keep management informed of competition and market conditions.
• Carry out sales programs and merchandize recommendations.
• Maintain current customer records and assist in collections when needed.
• Attend training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings.
• Demonstrate products after sale when necessary.
