Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is hiring an Outside Sales Senior Account Executive in McAllen, TX. You will work with business owners to optimize print workflows, reduce costs, and support sustainability with solutions like eBRIDGE Global Print and Document Management.

You will build relationships, generate new business, and leverage uncapped commissions and a strong base salary to drive your earnings potential. Travel and a proactive sales approach are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment; or 5+ years of high-volume sales in technology/finance/real estate/consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by selling office technology, print management, and software solutions.
• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities through cold calling and leads.
• Manage and grow a defined territory while building strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer objectives and recommend solutions aligned to their needs.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate reporting using Salesforce and other tools.
