Builders FirstSource is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Florida to represent the company in the sales process, develop proposals, and manage contracts for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects.

The role involves identifying new opportunities, delivering compelling presentations, and training junior sales staff while upholding safety and quality standards across customer locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field plus two years of sales experience, or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company during the sales process and develops sales proposals.
• Develops sales contracts for residential, multi-family and commercial projects.
• Plans and conducts sales presentations and demonstrations for customers.
• Identifies, solicits and generates new customer opportunities.
• Provides training to less experienced Outside Sales Reps.
