Spectrum is seeking a dynamic leader to manage Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams in Baton Rouge and surrounding markets. You will drive daily operations, exceed sales goals, and coach teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Responsibilities include staff selection, training, performance management, payroll and commissions oversight, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role blends fieldwork (approx. 30%) with office work (70%).

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years outside sales or related work experience.
• Leadership experience: sales supervision/teams development.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the daily operations selling to residential customers.
• Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals.
• Lead, coach and develop Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams.
• Manage staff through selection, training, performance evaluation, discipline and salary/status changes.
• Oversee payroll and commission payments and ensure accurate processing.
• Prepare reports and collaborate with other departments to achieve goals.
• Balance approx. 30% fieldwork with 70% office work.
