Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically assigned team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors.
• Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals.
• Coach and develop staff and ensure sales process adherence.
• Monitor payroll and commission payments.
• Prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Balance fieldwork and office work (approx. 30% field / 70% office).
