Job summary

LEDVANCE is seeking a Sales Representative to drive distribution-based sales across IA, NE, MO, and KS. The role requires calling on electrical distributors and agents, expanding opportunities from new construction to renovations, and closing deals with a range of customer contacts from executives to on-site personnel.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, 3–5 years of sales experience, and knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a business discipline.
• 3–5 years of sales experience required.
• Lighting industry experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience or similar tool preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Sell to electrical distributor partners and agents to maintain and grow existing business.
• Drive whole-building projects from new construction to renovations in public and private sectors.
• Manage a sales territory to meet or exceed budgeted objectives.
• Travel approximately 80% of the time to meet customers and close deals.
