Job summary

LEDVANCE is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth across the Southern New Jersey, Delaware, and Southeastern Pennsylvania region. You will call on electrical distributors and agents, promote Sylvania-branded lighting solutions, and manage a territory to meet or exceed sales targets.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong presentation skills, and travel to customer sites, with majority time spent off-site and occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of sales experience required.
• Lighting industry experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience or similar tool preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Sell to electrical distributor partners and authorized agents to maintain and grow business.
• Pursue incremental sales opportunities and close deals.
• Focus on whole-building projects from new construction to renovations in public and private sectors.
• Manage a sales territory and analyze opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
• Provide market intelligence and value-added solutions to customers.
• Spend at least 80% of time meeting customers off-site with occasional overnight travel.
