Job summary

LEDVANCE seeks a Sales Representative to drive growth across IA, NE, MO and nearby regions from a home-based base. You will mainly meet customers off-site and travel to sites, managing distributor relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

The role emphasizes selling large projects, collaborating with peers, and maintaining strong product and market knowledge to hit territory targets and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business.
• 3–5 years of sales experience required.
• Lighting industry experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience or similar tool preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Call on electrical distributor partners and authorized agents to maintain relationships and pursue incremental sales.
• Sell whole building projects from new construction to renovations in public or private sectors.
• Grow LEDVANCE market share with Sylvania-branded products and meet territory budgets.
• Travel to customer sites and work independently while collaborating with teams.
