Job summary

LEDVANCE is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth in the S NJ, DE and SE PA region. You will call on electrical distributors and agents, grow LEDVANCE’s market share with Sylvania-branded products, and focus on whole-building projects from new construction to renovations in public and private sectors.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a self-starter mindset. Expect 80% field time with occasional travel; home-based position with a fleet vehicle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3–5 years of sales experience is required.
• Lighting industry experience is preferred.
• Salesforce experience or similar tool is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory and drive revenue growth.
• Analyze opportunities to meet or exceed the territory budget.
• Gather market intelligence and provide value-added solutions for customers.
• Spend 80% of time meeting with customers off-site and travel as needed.
• Collaborate with internal resources to close deals and grow share.
