Job summary

Workday is seeking a Principal Outbound Product Manager for Data Cloud. You will own the external roadmap, go‑to‑market strategy, and competitive positioning for Data Cloud and Platform for Agents, translating AI and data capabilities into compelling narratives for customers.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive launches, enablement, and customer success. Strong leadership in enterprise SaaS and AI is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in outbound product management or related fields.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud data, or AI platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, business, or data science.

Responsibilities

• Own external roadmap, positioning, and GTM for Data Cloud and Agents.
• Lead cross‑functional launch planning across Product, Sales, Marketing, Partners, and CS.
• Translate platform capabilities into clear value propositions and commercial narratives.
• Engage with executives and technical customers to shape data and AI strategies.
• Develop enablement content and assist in strategic deals and renewals.
