Workday is seeking a Principal Outbound Product Manager for Data Cloud to own the external narrative, GTM strategy, and field engagement for our AI-data capabilities. You will partner with inbound product leadership to turn platform investments into market-winning positioning and enablement.

You will work across product, engineering, marketing, and sales to translate complex AI/data capabilities into compelling narratives, scalable enablement programs, and customer success strategies that cement

Own the external roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and competitive positioning for Data Cloud and Platform for Agents.
Partner with inbound product leadership to translate platform investments into market-winning positioning, enablement, and customer adoption.
Lead cross-functional launches across Product, Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success to coordinate messaging and enablement for Data Cloud capabilities.
Design partner, early access, and advisory programs for AI/data capabilities; gather feedback to drive product requirements.
Create demos, reference architectures, playbooks, training, and sales kickoff content to enable field teams.
Capture voice of the customer and translate it into roadmaps with Engineering and Inbound Product Managers.
