Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Principal Product Manager to drive Reporting & Analytics for enterprise data, shaping features from core financials to AI-assisted reporting. You will gather input from customers, analysts, developers, and architects to define a clear product vision.

You will act as Product Owner in Scrum teams, write user stories, manage the backlog, and collaborate with Analytics, AI/Agent, and Application groups to deliver measurable value and strong user outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in Product Management or in a role that builds Workday reporting and analytic solutions.
• 3+ years experience in business intelligence or in the analytics domain.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, or similar enterprise reporting tools ideal.
• Experience building with AI-assisted reporting capabilities (e.g., natural language query, automated insights, or text-to-report authoring).
• You have a BA/BS/BE degree and experience with web technologies or enterprise SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify, specify, and prioritize features and capabilities—from core financials to conversational and AI-assisted reporting tools—through direct input with customers, analysts, developers, and architects.
• Collaborate with the Workday support team and triage customer reported issues for the components you own.
• Collaborate with other peer product managers, Support, and engineering teams to bring closure to customer reported issues.
• Act as the Product Owner in one or more scrum teams by writing and prioritizing user stories, grooming the backlog, keeping the team focused, and communicating to stakeholders regularly.
