Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical product management experience, specifically in Enterprise Data & Analytics.
• 10+ years of managing suites of interrelated data or platform products at an enterprise level.
• 10+ years of experience influencing VP and SVP-level stakeholders to drive organizational pivots.

Responsibilities

• Own the Business Performance and Finance organization portfolio strategies by defining the delivery roadmap for enterprise-wide data capabilities, ensuring alignment with Workday's AI-forward strategy.
• Lead enterprise change by driving the most complex technical transitions and managing dependencies across the entire Workday ecosystem.
• Standardize methodologies across the product management community, fostering a culture of high ownership and technical excellence.
• Architect high-impact engagement strategies for senior leaders to ensure long-term support for data initiatives.
• Pioneer agentic AI by designing the blueprint for integrating AI tools into the fabric of enterprise product management.
