Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Product Data Scientist to act as the analytics partner for its Data Cloud business. You will deliver decision-ready insights, partner with Product Management and engineering, and influence pricing and growth strategies.

You will lead complex data analyses, create compelling narratives, and support multi-step data pipelines in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics, statistical modeling, and/or data science.
• 5+ years in business/product analytics or related quantitative role.
• 5+ years in enterprise BI platforms (Tableau, Sigma).
• Strong SQL and data-modeling skills; comfortable with raw datasets.
• Experience with SaaS pricing analytics or consumption pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the analytics domain expert for Workday Data Cloud.
• Partner with GTM and Product teams to create end-to-end business views.
• Translate data models into narratives and executive-ready presentations.
• Work with SVP/GM-level stakeholders to deliver structured analyses.
• Develop data assets and context for a self-serve knowledge base.
