Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a customer-obsessed Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager for the Data & Analytics portfolio. You will own the outbound strategy for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB, translating complex data capabilities into clear customer value, and leading market narratives and field enablement across technical and business audiences.

You will partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to drive launches, tailor messaging, and accelerate growth through seller-ready content

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software product management or outbound product management experience.
• Experience launching customer-facing products, positioning, field enablement, and sales plays.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data, analytics, or AI data layers and related platforms.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear market narratives for technical and executive audiences.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound strategy for the data fabric and RaptorDB Professional products and craft clear customer value and market narratives.
• Define core messaging, use cases, personas, differentiation, and customer proof points for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape launches, field readiness, and growth plans.
• Present as a product evangelist in customer meetings, executive briefings, analyst sessions, and conferences.
• Translate data, analytics, and AI concepts into seller-ready business outcomes and messaging.
• Turn feedback and market signals into roadmap priorities and outbound investments.
• Deliver field-ready artifacts like playbooks, launch campaigns, demos, briefs, and guides.
• Monitor and report on outbound success metrics such as launch readiness and pipeline influence.
