Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead security engagements across industrial environments, focusing on OT/ICS networks and governance. You will assess, design, and help implement OT security solutions while coordinating with client engineers and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

You will also contribute as an SME on bids and pursuits, and support delivery excellence across engagements. Travel may be required up to 0–100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant OT/ICS experience in industrial environments.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with IC‑S technologies including SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs.
• Minimum 3 years of cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management and incident response in OT contexts.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with IC‑S/OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security assessments against frameworks (NERC CIP, IEC 62443/ISA-99, NIST CSF, DOE C2M2).
• Evaluate security posture across Purdue Model layers and identify gaps.
• Deploy OT security tooling and asset discovery solutions.
• Perform OT‑specific threat hunting and incident response support in IC‑S/SCADA environments.
• Develop security assessment reports and remediation roadmaps.
• Support OT security program development including governance and policies.
• Collaborate with client IT/OT teams, system integrators, and vendors to drive security outcomes.
