Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex OT/ICS engagements for critical infrastructure clients. You will drive multi-workstream programs, advise CISO-level stakeholders on risk and compliance, and shape OT security strategies and roadmaps.

You will mentor teams, contribute to business development, and represent Accenture’s OT security capabilities in client workshops and industry forums. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles
• 7+ years of consulting experience delivering OT security programs to large clients
• 5+ years of people leadership, mentoring consultants
• 5+ years leading OT security assessments and program design
• 5+ years engaging with C-suite/VP-level stakeholders on OT risk and compliance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate’s Degree, 6+ years work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements across critical infrastructure clients, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction
• Develop and execute OT security program strategies, roadmaps, governance, CSOC builds, and tech investment plans
• Advise client CISOs and VP-level leaders on OT risk, compliance, and program maturity
• Drive growth through relationship development and identifying capability gaps
• Mentor and guide a team of consultants and managers on deliverables and quality
• Support win strategy, proposals, and thought leadership in OT security
