Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex OT/ICS security engagements, guide multi-year roadmaps, and mature programs for critical infrastructure clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to CISOs and VP-level stakeholders, while driving growth and mentoring a team of consultants.

The role demands deep OT regulatory knowledge (NERC CIP, IEC 62443, TSA SD-02D, NIST CSF) and a track record in delivering large-scale OT security programs across industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security.
• Minimum 7 years of consulting experience delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading OT security assessments, program design, or managed security implementations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders on OT risk, compliance, and program strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream OT security engagements across critical infrastructure clients.
• Develop and execute OT security program strategies, including roadmaps and governance structures.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client CISOs and VP-level leaders on OT risk and compliance.
• Drive client growth through relationship development and proactive identification of security capability gaps.
• Oversee and mentor a team of consultants and managers, ensuring quality across deliverables.
• Contribute to OT security thought leadership and competitive pursuits.
