IOActive, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant, OT to lead complex OT engagements across ICS, critical infrastructure and embedded industrial devices.

You will mentor junior consultants, contribute to OT methodologies, and appear in the OT security community while delivering practical, non-disruptive assessments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in offensive security services with 2–3 years in OT/ICS or critical infrastructure.
• Hands-on engagement delivery across OT domains: pen tests, threat modeling, ICS assessments.
• Familiarity with OT standards and plant operations considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT engagements, own technical approach, testing, and findings.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to OT methodologies.
• Translate technical findings into business risk language for clients.
