Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead and support security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and help implement security solutions in OT/ICS, working with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

Travel may be required. Requirements include 5+ years in OT/ICS, hands-on experience with ICs/OT protocols, and OT security tooling such as Dragos, Claroty, and Nozomi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of OT/ICS experience across industries such as energy, manufacturing, or water services.
• Minimum 3 years of cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management and incident response in OT contexts.
• Minimum 3 years with ICs/OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT/ICS security assessments against frameworks like NERC CIP, IEC 62443, NIST CSF.
• Evaluate Purdue Model layers for gaps in segmentation, remote access, and asset inventory.
• Deploy OT security tooling (Dragos, Claroty, Nozomi) and asset discovery tools.
• Perform OT threat hunting, IOC analysis, and incident response support.
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
• Support OT security governance, policies, and procedures aligned to client maturity.
• Collaborate with client IT/OT teams, integrators, and vendors to drive outcomes.
• Contribute SME content to RFPs, solution reviews, and proposals.
• Create reusable assets and promote delivery excellence across engagements.
