Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead hands-on OT/ICS security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and help implement security solutions with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk while maintaining operations.

You will develop detailed security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps, and contribute to OT security program governance. Travel may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant OT/ICS experience across utilities, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on with ICST tech: SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs, ICS protocols.
• Minimum 3 years cybersecurity in OT: vulnerability mgmt, IAM, monitoring and incident response.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with OT/ICST protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Minimum 3 years producing security deliverables and presenting findings to tech/executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years) experience; (if an Associate degree, 6+ years).

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements across industrial environments.
• Assess, design, and implement OT security solutions with client engineers and security teams.
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
• Support governance, policies, and procedures aligned to client maturity goals.
• Collaborate with IT/OT teams, system integrators, and vendors to drive outcomes.
• Contribute as SME on OT security pursuits, assisting in RFPs and proposal content.
• Create reusable assets and delivery best practices across engagements.
