Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream engagements for critical infrastructure clients. You will direct delivery teams, build trusted relationships with CISOs and VP-level stakeholders, and contribute to business development across the OT security market.

You balance strategic vision with operational accountability, ensuring delivery quality on accounts while supporting new opportunities as a senior SME. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles.
• 7+ years of consulting delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience mentoring consultants and senior consultants.
• 5+ years leading OT security assessments, program design, or managed security implementations across multiple industries.
• 5+ years engaging with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders on OT risk, compliance, and program strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Associate’s degree requires 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute OT security program strategies, roadmaps, and governance structures.
• Advise CISOs and VP-level leaders on OT risk, regulatory compliance, and program maturity.
• Drive client growth through relationship development and proactive opportunity identification.
• Mentor consultants and managers with technical guidance and quality assurance.
• Lead OT security pursuits including RFPs, proposals, and win strategies.
