Job summary

Accenture Security seeks an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead hands-on security engagements in industrial settings. You will assess OT/ICS environments, design and implement security solutions, and work with client IT/OT teams, system integrators, and vendors to reduce risk while maintaining operations.

You will contribute to security pursuits, produce detailed reports, and help mature client security programs in partnership with Accenture’s OT Security practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of OT/ICS experience in industrial environments.
• Minimum 3 years of cybersecurity experience including OT monitoring and incident response.
• Hands-on with OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Experience producing security deliverables and presenting to technical/executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support OT/ICS security engagements across industrial environments.
• Assess, design, and implement security solutions in OT/ICS contexts.
• Collaborate with client IT/OT teams, system integrators, and vendors.
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
• Contribute to OT security pursuits, RFP responses, and proposal content.
