Job summary

Accenture Security seeks an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead hands-on security engagements in industrial environments. You will assess, design, and implement OT/ICS security solutions, collaborating with client engineers and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

You will develop detailed reports, support governance and risk programs, and contribute to pursuits and proposals as a SME across engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in OT/ICS environments like utilities or manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years with ICS technologies (SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs).
• Minimum 3 years cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management and IAM in OT contexts.
• Minimum 3 years experience with ICS/OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Minimum 3 years producing and presenting security deliverables to technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT/ICS security assessments against frameworks (NERC CIP, IEC 62443, NIST CSF).
• Evaluate client security posture across Purdue Model layers; identify gaps.
• Deploy OT-native security tools and asset discovery solutions.
• Perform OT threat hunting, IOC analysis, and incident response support in ICS/SCADA environments.
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
• Support OT security program development with governance, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with client IT/OT teams, integrators, and vendors for practical security outcomes.
• Contribute as SME on active OT security pursuits and RFP responses.
• Contribute reusable assets and delivery excellence across engagements.
