Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Mansfield, OH territory within DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics. The role focuses on clinical and logistical support in hospitals and operating rooms, guiding surgeons and ensuring the right equipment is available.

You will work with Sales Consultants and cross-functional teams to drive DPS sales, manage cases, and optimize patient care, traveling as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with experience.
Minimum of 4 years of professional/relevant experience.
Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty

Responsibilities

Independently guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical support.
Advance DPS sales by representing the company at surgeries and ensuring equipment availability.
Manage hospital billing and purchase orders; coordinate logistics of implants and instruments.
Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams to improve service levels.
Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation and asset deployment.
Ensure promotional materials are well maintained and meet quality standards.
Move instruments, implants, and equipment between reps and hospitals.
