Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or medical certification + 2+ years relevant experience, or minimum 4 years experience.
• Recent military service may be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic cases.
• Advance DPS sales by serving as sole Company representative in surgeries.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and accounts teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain and deploy equipment and assets across the assigned area.
• Ensure promotional materials meet quality standards and comply with policies.
• Provide logistical support by moving instruments and equipment between hospitals.
