Job summary

Smith+Naphew in Rochester, MN seeks an experienced Senior Orthopedic Sales Representative to own the Rochester territory, achieve quota, forecast demand, and drive pricing strategy in collaboration with regional leadership.

You will build relationships with surgeons, operating room teams, and health system stakeholders, provide clinical credibility and in-depth product knowledge, and expand portfolio adoption across reconstruction, robotics, trauma, and sports medicine.

Qualifications

• Territory growth, quota attainment, account development or competitive conversion.
• Develop and manage a sales plan with accountability for results.
• Navigate clinical, economic, and administrative decision-making processes.
• Sell in competitive orthopedic medical device markets.
• Identify opportunities, earn access, build relationships and develop a sustainable pipeline.
• Demonstrate clinical confidence to support surgeons and operating room teams.

Responsibilities

• Commercial responsibility for the Rochester territory including quota achievement, forecasting, pricing strategy, and territory growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Expand portfolio adoption and case volume within existing accounts.
• Develop relationships with surgeons, operating room teams, service line leadership, value analysis committees, supply chain partners, and health system stakeholders.
• Provide credible technical and procedural support in the operating room, including case coverage and education.
• Develop and execute a thoughtful territory business plan with regional leadership.
