Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales in hospital/OR/ASC settings.
• Proven quota attainment and territory growth.
• Experience with surgeons, clinical teams, value analysis committees, supply chain, and health system stakeholders.
• Ability to lift instrument and implant sets of ~20 pounds in surgical environments.
• Willingness to travel within territory, overnight travel, and participate in call rotation.
• Able to meet credentialing requirements for healthcare facility access.

Aufgaben

• Own Rochester territory with quota achievement, forecasting, pricing, and growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Expand portfolio adoption and case volume in existing accounts.
