Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for Reconstruction in Rochester, NY. You will support the Reconstruction Sales Team by assisting in scheduling operative cases, securing inventory, and advising the surgical team on Smith+ Nephew instrumentation and implants.

You should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of sales experience, capable of building strong surgeon and hospital relationships and willing to travel within the territory and beyond as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of professional sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license for travel in the territory.
• Willingness to travel 2–4 overnights per month; may include occasional national travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and secure necessary inventory.
• Observe and consult surgical teams on Smith+ Nephew instrumentation and implants.
• Build rapport with surgeons, hospital staff, and KOLs to drive access and revenue.
• Develop an effective territory business plan to meet or exceed quotas.
