Job summary

Smith+Nebre in Rochester, MN is seeking an experienced orthopedic sales professional to own the Rochester territory, drive quota, and expand portfolio adoption across hospitals, ASCs, and academic centers.

You will build trusted relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and value analysis committees, providing clinical credibility and in-room support while partnering with regional leadership on a thoughtful territory plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of orthopedic medical device sales in hospital/OR/ASC settings.
• Experience with surgeons, clinical teams, VACs, supply chain and health systems.
• Ability to lift instrument and implant sets (~20 lbs) and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the Rochester territory, achieve quota, forecast, set pricing strategy and drive territory growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Expand portfolio adoption and case volume within existing accounts.
• Develop relationships with surgeons, OR teams and stakeholders.
• Provide credible technical and procedural support in the operating room.
• Create and execute a territory business plan with regional leadership.
