Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments of HQ functions, missions, staffing structures, and operating models.
• Develop future-state organizational structures, functional alignments, and position frameworks.
• Facilitate executive interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to build consensus.
• Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and workforce transition strategies.
• Design governance models, decision-right frameworks, and roles/responsibilities matrices.
• Assess change impacts and develop change management, communication, and stakeholder plans.
