Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned Strategy & Transformation Consultant to lead engagement delivery for federal civilian agency clients. You will manage client relationships, guide organizational change initiatives, and develop strategic plans, operating models, and process improvements.

The role requires deep analytics, the ability to produce executive-ready deliverables, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in management consulting or client-facing roles.
• Experience in strategy, organizational transformation, process improvement, and change management.
• Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and recommend solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver executive-ready documents.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and engagement delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary engagements for federal civilian agencies.
• Support organizational change initiatives including reorganizations and operating model shifts.
• Conduct requirements gathering with senior federal clients.
• Apply analytical skills to interpret data for decisions.
• Develop client deliverables: gap analyses, findings, recommendations, SOPs, and reports.
• Provide mentorship to junior consultants.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing.
