Expect coaching, cross-team collaboration, and strategic leadership within a federal consulting context. Ideal candidates will hold an active TS/SCI clearance and have proven experience shaping enterprise-wide change,

Qualifications

• Active and maintained TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience leading organizational change management and workforce transformation.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate objectives into adoption plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of OCM engagements, developing strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and sustained business outcomes across complex transformation initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and program leaders, facilitating discussions, navigating organizational resistance, and guiding leadership teams through periods of significant change.
• Design and implement integrated change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, adoption measurement, and reinforcement planning.
• Manage and develop consulting teams by providing coaching, mentorship, quality oversight, and career development support while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client service excellence.
