Guidehouse is looking for an Senior Organizational Design Consultant in Washington, DC. You will assess current structures and design operating models to optimize effectiveness while guiding leaders through change initiatives.

Expect collaboration with HR on talent management and governance alignment, and facilitation of stakeholder workshops to drive alignment. The role requires active Top Secret clearance and a bachelor's degree, with 5+ years in organizational design or related fields, and

Qualifications

• ACTIVE Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in organizational design, organizational assessment, or organizational change.
• Onsite work at the DMV (DC metro) at least 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing organizational structures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement new operating models and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to support organizational change.
• Collaborate with HR to align talent management and succession planning with new structures.
• Document organizational design processes and decisions.
