Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced management consultant to support organizational transformation initiatives in Arlington, VA. The role involves conducting organizational assessments, designing future-state structures, and preparing executive materials.

Travel up to 10% and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required. You will facilitate executive interviews, develop implementation roadmaps, and craft governance models to drive adoption of new structures.

• Experience developing future-state organizational structures, governance frameworks and position frameworks.
• Strong facilitation skills with executive interviews, workshops, and leadership meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments of HQ functions, missions, staffing structures, and operating models to identify opportunities for organizational optimization and workforce realignment.
• Develop future-state organizational structures, functional alignments, organizational charts, and position frameworks to support agency transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate executive interviews, workshops, and stakeholder working sessions to capture leadership priorities, validate findings, and build consensus around transformation recommendations.
• Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and workforce transition strategies that support senior leadership decision-making and organizational change execution.
• Design governance models, decision-right frameworks, and roles and responsibilities matrices to support future-state operating environments.
• Assess organizational change impacts and develop change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans to drive adoption of new organizational structures.
• Analyze workforce, workload, and operational data to support staffing baseline development, resource planning, and organizational design recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, presentations, reports, and client deliverables for senior federal government stakeholders.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
