Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Change Management Consultant to support large-scale transformation initiatives. You will lead work streams, guide client conversations, and deliver change strategies that increase adoption and business readiness.

You will conduct user-centered research, develop communication and engagement plans, and contribute to methodologies while collaborating with engagement teams and senior leaders. Travel up to 10% and no sponsorship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading or supporting complex organizational transformation initiatives.
• Experience creating collateral using a human-centered design lens.
• Experience developing change readiness surveys and assessments.
• Experience developing and executing communication and engagement plans.
• Organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of engagement activities and manage deliverables.
• Lead one or more tasks or work streams within a client engagement.
• Guide client conversations toward effective outcomes.
• Develop change management strategies for clients.
• Lead content for stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Conduct user-centered research to improve adoption of change.
• Prepare executive briefings and track program status.
• Contribute to change management methodologies and tools.
• Participate in business development activities.
