Responsibilities

• Engagement Delivery & Client Relationship Management
• Lead and support organizational design and restructuring engagements and operating models.
• Develop and implement organizational development and change strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs and coaching frameworks.
• Facilitate team effectiveness workshops and strategic planning sessions.
