Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled technical lead to evolve our Order Management systems. You will oversee Oracle EBS and Cloud deployments, guide cross-functional teams, and drive enhancements across Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and customer data domains.

The role demands hands-on leadership, deep Oracle product knowledge, and proven experience delivering complex IT projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud applications.
• Proven leadership of complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Experience extending Order Management with Oracle technologies.

Responsibilities

• Leading and Managing complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Create functional designs and technical specifications to extend and enhance Order Management applications, encompassing both on-premise Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud deployments.
• Work with business partners across all business functional areas to understand requirements, develop solutions, and lead development, testing and implementation.
• Collaborate effectively with both business and IT partners to meet commitments and deliver on time and budget.
• Use business acumen, technical skills, and knowledge of Oracle applications to estimate effort and lead solution delivery.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Proactively manage conflicting priorities and drive prioritization discussions.
