Motorola Solutions is seeking a technical lead to evolve Order Management systems, integrating Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud. You will manage complex IT initiatives, mentor teams, and work with Sales and Supply Chain leaders to deliver continuous improvements.

The role requires deep Oracle experience, cloud skills, and strong communication to align business and IT. The position supports a hybrid/remote model across the US.

Formación

• When applying, demonstrate expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Customer master modules.
• Proven experience leading complex IT projects and cloud migrations.
• 3–5 years building PaaS apps with Oracle APEX, Autonomous DB, and VBCS.
• Experience using Agile methods for project delivery.
• Strong communication across business and technical audiences.
• Mentor/support operations teams, including Production Support.
• Familiarity with CPQ, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, AR is a plus.
• Knowledge of RPA, Chatbots, AI/ML is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Create functional designs and technical specs for Order Management on EBS and Fusion.
• Collaborate with business partners to capture requirements and drive delivery.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams to meet time and budget goals.
• Estimate effort, engage IT partners, and guide solution delivery.
• Work with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Drive prioritization using strategic value.
