Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a highly skilled technical lead to drive evolution of our Order Management systems, including Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud deployments. You will manage extended teams and partner with the Order Management, Sales and Supply Chain leaders to deliver value.

You will create designs, guide development, testing and implementation, and align stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets while applying agile practices and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Pricing and Customer master modules.
• Experience leading and managing complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• 3-5 years building PaaS apps using Oracle APEX, Autonomous DB, and VBCS.
• Experience with Agile methodology for project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for varied audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive improvements with tech.
• Experience mentoring operations teams (Production Support).
• Exposure to Oracle CPQ, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, AR modules is a plus.
• Exposure to RPA, chatbots, and AI/ML is a plus.
• Lean ITIL knowledge is desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Mulesoft, OIC, and Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Create designs and specs to extend Order Management apps (EBS/Fusion).
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Guide development, testing and implementation with IT and business teams.
• Estimate effort, align partners, and deliver solutions on time and budget.
• Work with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Prioritize work using strategic value and business impact.
