Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled technical lead to evolve our Order Management systems, including Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud. You will guide extended teams, translate business requirements into designs, and drive delivery across Sales and Supply Chain functions.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in Oracle ERP environments, strong PM and communication skills, and a track record of cloud migrations and complex IT projects. Hybrid US-based role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud applications.
• Strong expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Pricing and Customer master modules.
• Experience leading complex IT projects including cloud migrations.
• 3-5 years building PaaS extensions using Oracle APEX, Autonomous Database, and VBCS.
• Experience with Agile project delivery and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Create functional designs and technical specs for Order Management extensions.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and drive delivery.
• Lead development, testing and implementation of solutions.
• Estimate effort and manage IT partners to meet time and budget goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams across geographies to prioritize work.
