Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) seeks a Senior HR Analyst in Washington, DC to optimize HR processes and Oracle HCM integrations. You will elicit requirements, model processes, and collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to improve efficiency, compliance, and affordability across HR programs.

The role emphasizes documenting business needs, developing roadmaps, and supporting people change management to sustain improvements in Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 7 years of relevant HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• MS/MA or higher and 5 years of relevant HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate working sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements for HR processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using standard tools (diagrams, data models, use cases).
• Lead Oracle HCM implementation efforts including Core HR, Benefits and Talent Mgt.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop business cases and roadmaps for HR solutions.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and solution providers.
• Help with people change management and stakeholder relationship management.
