Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland, WA seeks a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes and technology. You will elicit requirements, analyze business needs, and partner with stakeholders to implement Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, and Recruiting, while driving efficiency and cost reduction.

You will facilitate sessions with executives and staff, model processes, and contribute to HR strategic planning, change management, and BI reporting using Power BI.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA and 7 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM or MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Experience identifying business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM, and testing with Oracle HCM.
• Experience in process modeling, organizational development, and business support.
• Knowledge of Power BI reports and dashboards; familiarity with modern technology implementations.

• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, and business rules.
• Contribute to Oracle HCM implementation and quarterly updates across modules.

• Develop roadmaps and business cases for solutions; serve as liaison to IT teams.
