Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory seeks an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements and manage Oracle HCM-related projects. You will partner with HR, IT, and vendors to implement and sustain core HR processes and related modules.

The role involves eliciting requirements, documenting HR workflows, and driving improvements across payroll, benefits, compensation, recruiting, and performance management while maintaining data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• HRIS experience and ability to elicit and analyze business requirements.
• Experience documenting HR business processes and designing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements.
• Manage projects around HRIS modules (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Web Portal).
• Communicate project updates to HR, IT, and management; identify interdependencies.
• Serve as liaison with IT/HR/Payroll and third parties (vendors).
• Use project management skills to manage cross-functional initiatives across HR functions.
• Facilitate meetings and drive consensus with diverse stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Monitor and measure performance of business processes and information systems.
• Develop roadmaps and business cases for capability improvements.
• Develop requirements for software solutions and liaise between business and providers.
• Assist with change management and relationship management with digital platform managers.
• Contribute to strategic planning with knowledge of existing systems and integration points.
