Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Senior Data & BI Analyst to design and deliver low‑code, data‑driven solutions across Oracle HCM. You will partner with stakeholders, automate processes, and translate business needs into scalable applications using OTBI, BIP, and Fusion AI Studio.

You will extract, transform, and validate data, delivering insights through visualization tools while communicating findings clearly to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM (OTBI, BIP, Workflows, Fusion AI Studio)
• Experience with data sources, APIs, and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, databases)
• Ability to work with and analyze data, including basic statistical techniques
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support applications using OTBI, BIP and Fusion AI Agent Studio
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities that improve efficiency and scalability
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into solutions
• Work with data—extracting, transforming, and validating it to support insights and applications
• Deliver analysis and insights through visualization tools or agents in the Oracle HCM environment
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Drive continuous improvement through smarter processes and automation
