Job summary

CSS is seeking a Senior Analyst - HRIS to act as a strategic partner, managing HRIS data, reporting, and analytics. You will design dashboards and data models using Oracle HCM Cloud to enable informed workforce decisions.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and stakeholders on integrations, upgrades, testing, and automation, while advancing AI-enabled HR technologies and data governance. You will ensure data accuracy and a smooth user experience across global HR systems.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelors preferred in IS/CS/Engineering.
• 5 years of direct experience supporting human resources.
• 3–5 years of direct experience with HRIS systems and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• 3–5 years of intermediate SQL in Oracle environments.
• 3–5 years of data analytics experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled HRIS features preferred.
• Familiarity with Incorta, UKG Pro, and/or ADP Celergo preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and translate requirements into technical docs.
• Strong analytical skills and HR processes understanding.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between business, HR director, and vendors for HRIS needs.
• Mentor stakeholders through SDLC and support improvements.
• Provide technical support and end-user training for HRIS users.
• Manage HRIS projects with minimal supervision.
• Handle data loads, scrubbing, validation, and reporting requests.
• Coordinate security and IT tasks for acquisitions.
• Analyze HRIS issues, identify root causes, and improve processes.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to standardize HRIS usage.
