Edward Jones is seeking a Senior Data & BI Analyst to design and deliver low-code analytics solutions across Oracle HCM. You’ll automate processes, partner with stakeholders, and transform data into actionable insights using OTBI, BIP, Fusion AI Studio, and popular visualization tools.

The role emphasizes scalable automation, citizen development, and improving decision-making with intelligent workflows and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, or related field preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM (OTBI, BIP, Workflows, Fusion Agent AI Studio).
Experience with data sources, APIs, and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, databases).
Ability to analyze data, including basic statistical techniques.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deliver low-code analytics solutions using Oracle HCM tools and Fusion AI Studio.
Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
