Kforce Inc. in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Reporting & Analytics leader to design, develop, govern and deliver enterprise reporting across the Oracle Fusion HCM platform.

You will guide dashboards, analytics, and compliance reporting for Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and more, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to set priorities. You will drive OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, FDI, and OAC based reporting, ensuring scalable solutions and timely go-live support across all

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Deep expertise in Payroll reporting, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI and workforce analytics.
• Candidates with relevant education or training will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Oracle Fusion HCM reporting and analytics strategy.
• Establish reporting governance, standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and IT to define priorities and roadmaps.
• Advise leadership on reporting capabilities, analytics opportunities, and Oracle tool selection.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure scalable reporting solutions.
• Create executive dashboards, workforce analytics, operational reports, and compliance reporting.
• Develop reporting solutions across all HCM areas and lead payroll reporting design.
• Support payroll processing validation, testing, and go-live activities.
• Develop audit, compliance, tax, retroactive processing, and payroll exception reporting.
